soesrame - Secret of Evermore (SNES) SRAM Editor
soesrame is a program that lets you edit save games from Secret
of Evermore for the SNES. You can edit many things in your
save games. It works with SNES emulator SRAM files, not save
states, so it works with any SNES emulator.
The interface should be pretty easy to understand, and there's
more information in the readme.
